Briax Resources Tanzania Limited is a private company incorporated under the Company Act cap 12, 2002 and issued with certificate of Incorporation Number 133013 dated 6th February,2017. The company pays tax via Tax Identification Number 133-342-842 issued by Tanzania Revenue Authority dated 19th April, 2017.

Also we are registered for Value Added Tax (VAT) and assigned VAT Registration Number (VRN) 40-033966-A in october 17th, 2019.

The company main offices are located at Mission street, Catholic Commercial Building Room number 37, Block 29.

The other office is at Kahama, Mbulu Street near D4N Building.
